External and intraoral massage is an effective treatment for clients who suffer from TMJ dysfunction, trigger point-related headaches or excess jaw tension. Latex-free gloves are worn while working inside the mouth to release the muscles and fascia involved in mastication and jaw clenching.

*Please note that not all of our therapists perform intraoral work, but are still effective with external massage.*

Sequel to a background in Accounting and Economics and working a few years in the same fields, Sam decided to make a big leap into the manual therapy industry due to his love for helping people around him recover from their discomfort, pain and trauma. He therefore bagged his 3000 hours as an RMT from Makami College in 2021 and went further to attain his MOT diploma from Manual Osteopathic College of Canada in 2022, thereby boosting his technique know-how. Sam’s ideology is engraved in listening to the body of each potential client he sees and to therefore be a facilitator for balance in their body either through therapeutic massage, deep tissue massage or craniosacral therapy. Sam is given to acquiring knowledge that will invariably help to solidify his base in this manual therapy industry, which in turn will be of immense benefit to the community he serves with his hands-on vocation as a therapeutic facilitator. To enhance this, Sam has attended various sessions with the Barral Institute and the Upledger Institute so as to further improve and advance his knowledge and how better to foster care and wellness in the human body. Sam’s leisure hours are spent listening to music, reading and watching movies.
